Frequently asked questions
Straight answers to the questions we hear most often about fees, documents, study visas and refusals. Can't find yours? Ask us on WhatsApp.
Getting started
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. Your initial assessment — in person, by phone or on WhatsApp — is free. We discuss your goals, check your eligibility and explain your options. You only pay once you decide to go ahead and our service fee has been agreed in writing.
Which countries do you handle?
We focus on five destinations: the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, the United States and Europe (Schengen countries plus national visas for countries such as Germany, France and Italy). Focusing on fewer destinations lets us know their requirements in depth.
Do I need to visit your office?
No. Many clients work with us entirely by phone, email and WhatsApp. You're welcome to visit our head office in Johar Town, Lahore, or our Karachi and Islamabad branches — we recommend booking an appointment first.
How early should I start my application?
As early as you reasonably can. For visit visas, we suggest starting at least two to three months before travel. Student and work applications often need several months to arrange admissions, funds, tests and documents. Appointment availability can also vary by season.
Fees & payments
How much do your services cost?
Our fee depends on the visa type and how much support you need. You'll receive a written quote after your assessment, before any work begins. There are no hidden charges.
Are government visa fees included in your fee?
No. Government visa fees, immigration health surcharges, biometric charges and visa application centre fees are separate. They are paid directly to the relevant authority or centre, and we never mark them up.
Do you offer refunds if my visa is refused?
Our fee covers the professional work of preparing your application, which is the same whatever the outcome. Government fees are set by each authority and are generally non-refundable. We explain this clearly in your written agreement before you start.
Documents & finances
How much money do I need in my bank account?
It depends on the country, visa type, length of stay and your circumstances. Student visas usually have specific funds requirements; visit visas don't always state a fixed amount but expect funds that match your trip and your income. We'll advise on your case — and on explaining the source of your funds clearly.
Can you arrange bank statements, job letters or sponsorships for me?
No — never. We only work with genuine documents. Submitting false documents can lead to refusal and long-term bans from the destination country. We'll help you present your real circumstances as clearly and strongly as possible instead.
Do my documents need translation or attestation?
Documents not in English (or the language of the destination country) usually need certified translations. Some applications also require attestation of educational or civil documents, for example by HEC, IBCC or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. We'll tell you exactly what's needed for your application.
Study visas
Can you help me get admission to a university?
Yes. For students, we help shortlist suitable courses and institutions, prepare admission applications and meet offer conditions, then support you through the student visa application.
Do I need IELTS?
Most destinations require proof of English for study and many work or immigration routes. Depending on the country and institution, accepted tests may include IELTS, PTE, TOEFL or others, and some institutions accept alternatives. We'll confirm what applies to you.
Can my spouse or children come with me while I study?
It depends on the country, your course level and current rules, which have changed recently in several destinations — for example, the UK now limits dependants for most taught master's courses. We'll check current eligibility before you plan around it.
Refusals & reapplying
My visa was refused. Can you help?
Yes. Bring us your refusal letter and a copy of your previous application if you have it. We'll identify the concerns raised, tell you honestly whether reapplying makes sense now, and help you build a stronger file if it does.
Should I declare a previous refusal?
Yes, always. Application forms ask about previous refusals, and failing to declare one can be treated as deception, leading to a further refusal and possible bans. Honest disclosure with a stronger application is always the right approach.
Can you guarantee my visa?
No, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. Visa decisions are made only by the immigration authorities. What we guarantee is careful, honest preparation that gives your application the best chance based on your genuine circumstances.
